Matias Piegari

Latin Grammy® winner Matias Piegari, from Buenos Aires,  Argentina, studied piano at the Conservatorio Superior de Música Manuel de Falla, and Music Composition at the National University of Arts (UNA) from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and an Associate degree in Film Scoring from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)

 

Piegari started producing music from a very early age. He worked as a musical director, arranger and pianist, in several musical plays as "The Private Diary of Adan and Eve" a musical written and starred by the Argentinean, multiple

Besides performing in solo concerts, Matías has led, performed, and worked with many different ensembles and orchestras all around North and South America in a wide variety of music genres such as contemporary and avant-garde, jazz & fusion, Latin American music, and tango.

 

He has been performing with TintoTango since 2014
